Research & References

This page collects reference-quality sources supporting the educational claims made across DADDI Labs Learn and Science content. Where possible, we prioritize peer-reviewed research, government health sources, and systematic reviews over single studies or promotional material.

How to read this page

Most of the sources below discuss individual ingredients or general metabolic processes, not the SWEETSCAPE formula as a finished product. Evidence about an ingredient in isolation does not prove that the complete formula produces the same outcome — we distinguish the two wherever a claim is made.

General references (to be expanded)

  • National Institutes of Health, Office of Dietary Supplements — fact sheets on chromium, magnesium, and botanical ingredients
  • Peer-reviewed nutrition and endocrinology journals covering berberine, Gymnema sylvestre, cinnamon, and related botanicals in glucose metabolism research
  • Systematic reviews and meta-analyses on dietary approaches to blood sugar and craving management, where available

This reference library is a living document. As individual Learn and Science pages cite specific sources inline, they will also be indexed here by topic. This page will be filled in with verified, ingredient-specific citations as part of ongoing content review; it should not be read as a completed reference list yet.
